Under this scheme, registrations for institutions providing training commenced on June 7, 2023, while registrations for interested youth willing to learn started shortly after. The application process for youth began on July 15, 2023.

The signing of contracts (online) between the youth, institutions, and the government of Madhya Pradesh took place from July 31, 2023. Training programs for youth in various institutions commenced from August 1, 2023.

After completion of one month of training, stipends will be distributed to the youth from September 1, 2023. Age	The youth must be between 18 to 29 years old.
Residence	The youth should be a resident of Madhya Pradesh.
Educational Qualification	The youth should have completed 12th grade or ITI (Industrial Training Institute) or possess higher qualifications.

Sikho Kamao Yojana: Stipend for Youth

Madhya Pradesh’s youth will receive a monthly stipend along with their training. The stipend amounts will be as follows:

• INR 8,000 for 12th-grade graduates
• INR 8,500 for ITI graduates
• INR 9,000 for diploma graduates
• INR 10,000 for graduates with a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification

The stipend amount is determined based on the minimum educational eligibility criteria set for the respective courses.

• Click on the “Abhyarthi Panjiyan” (Applicant Registration) option.

• If you are eligible, enter your comprehensive ID (Samagra ID). The Samagra ID is a unique identification number provided to residents of Madhya Pradesh for various government schemes.
• Verify your mobile number by entering the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to the registered mobile number linked to your Samagra ID.
• Your information from the Samagra database will be displayed automatically. Ensure that the displayed information is correct.
• After submitting the application, you will receive a username and password via SMS. These credentials will be used to log in to your account.

2. Click on the “Pratishthan Panjiyan” (Institution Registration) option.
3. Enter the required information about the authorized person representing the institution. This information typically includes the name, contact details, and designation of the authorized person.
4. After providing the personal information, declare the self-attested statement.
5. Enter the Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) of the institution. This number is mandatory for registration and is used for tax purposes.
6. Fill in the mandatory information fields, which may include details such as the name and type of institution, address, contact information, and other relevant information.
7. Submit the application after ensuring that all the necessary information has been entered correctly.
8. Upon successful submission, you will receive a username and password via SMS on the registered mobile number. These credentials will be used to log in to the institution’s account.
9. Log in to your institution’s account using the provided username and password.
10. Enter the basic information about your institution, including its name, type, address, and contact details. This information helps in the identification and verification of the institution.
11. If your institution has an Employee Provident Fund (EPF) number, enter it in the designated field. The EPF number allows for the recording of the total number of employees associated with your institution.
12. If applicable, provide the required information about subcontractors associated with your institution. This information helps in tracking the involvement of subcontractors in various projects or initiatives.
